Take your game to the next level by increasing your speed, agility, strength, and stamina. This program is intended for middle school and high school athletes looking to transform their game.

Nutrition Planning Investment
Fitness and health start in the kitchen. Get the most out of your fitness program by fine tuning your diet. Because this is a lifestyle change and not a “quick fix”, there is a 6 month minimum commitment. Each month, there will be two sessions to check in with the progress.
Six month planning(Initial minimum commitment)
