My name is Christian and I am excited to help you meet your health and nutritional goals. My love for fitness was cultivated during my college years as an athlete, but continued to grow as I graduated and took on the role of a coach. Over the past 15 years I have trained soccer, volleyball, and cross-country teams with the intent of instilling health and fitness as a way of life. As a father of three children, I understand how difficult it can be to prioritize your own fitness goals. I am here to help you through this commitment and encourage you to establish a path of transformation that fits with your lifestyle.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a full time anesthesiologist and mother of three. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to prioritize your own health and fitness goals with the chaos of everyday life! This is why I am dedicated to helping you set realistic and sustainable goals that fit with your lifestyle. My husband and I will work together as a team to deliver you the best plan (fitness and/or nutrition) to meet those goals. My personal passion is women’s health, including postpartum transformations. I want women and mothers to feel confident in their bodies! The great news is we work with clients at all fitness levels! You do not need to have any prior experience in sports or weightlifting. We are here to walk with you every step of the way, and appreciate the opportunity to help you improve your health and your life!
Not only do I enjoy my time in the gym, but I also love to run. I have run over 50 ultras/marathons/half marathons, as well as numerous 10k and 5k races. I am a former member of the running group called Sole Runners and want to use my experience and passion to help even the most amateur of runners. There is no need for previous running experience! Together we can get you on the right path to your first 5K or help you improve your personal record for your next marathon. No matter the distance, I want to help you reach your goals and discover the joy in running, both as a sport and as a hobby.
I am a fully insured Certified Personal Trainer, a Strength and Conditioning Coach, and a Specialist in Sports Nutrition. I feel very strongly that exercise is a huge component of a healthy lifestyle, but nutrition is essential as well.
With my nutrition specialization, we will work together to make sustainable meal plans for long term healthy eating. I enjoy the great restaurants Omaha has to offer and want you to be able to as well! Being healthy does not mean you have to give up all the food you love! My nutritional plans are individualized to ensure you meet your fitness/weight loss goals while setting you up for success on a daily basis. I am confident that we can find you the perfect balance of a healthy lifestyle while still being able to enjoy your favorite foods.
